Application of Mini-CEX in Standardized Training of Department of Cardiology Residents

目的观察应用Mini-CEX(mini-clinical evaluation exercise)对参加住院医师规范化培训在心内科轮转的医师进行考评的效果。方法应用Mini-CEX量表对参加住院医师规范化培训在心内科轮转的96名医师进行考评,入科时进行初次测评,出科时进行2次测评,评估两次测评结果的差异。结果应用Mini-CEX量表对出科时与入科时的住培医师各方面临床能力进行测评比较,发现出科时住培医师的临床能力明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论 Mini-CEX量表是一种有效的、简便易行的临床评估和教学工具。

Objective To observe the effect of standardized residency training for rotation physicians in Department of cardiology by Mini-CEX. Methods Using the MINI-CEX scale to participate in the standardized training of resident physicians for evaluation in 96 doctors Department of Cardiology rotation for the first time, the evaluation into the branch, two times of evaluation, evaluation results of the evaluation of two different. Results The application of Mini-CEX scale for evaluation of live training physicians, and physicians live in all aspects of clinical ability in students were significantly higher at baseline, there was a significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion Mini-CEX scale is an effective and simple tool for clinical evaluation and teaching.
