微课在手术护理临床带教中的应用效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨微课在手术护理临床带教中的应用效果。方法选择2017年7月—2018年4月在医院手术室实习学生120人作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。对照组护生采取传统的一对一带教方式,观察组护生在传统一对一带教方式基础上,应用手术室护理微课。记录两组学生的考试成绩和带教满意度。结果在考试成绩方面,与对照组护生比较,观察组学生考试成绩明显更好,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);在满意度方面,与对照组护生比较,观察组学生自我学习认可满意度和临床带教满意度明显更高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论相比于传统带教模式,将微课应用在手术护理临床带教中,可明显提高学生成绩,提高学生自我学习认可满意度以及临床带教满意度明显更高。 Objective To explore the effect of application of microlecture in clinical teaching of surgical nursing. Methods 120 interns in hospital operating room from July 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group adopted the traditional one-to-one teaching method. Nursing students in the observation group were taught microlessons in operating room on the basis of traditional one-to-one teaching method. The two groups of students' test scores and teaching satisfaction were recorded. Results The test scores of the observation group were significantly better (P < 0.05). In terms of satisfaction, self-learning approval satisfaction and clinical teaching satisfaction were significantly higher in the observation group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of microlecture in clinical teaching of surgical nursing has significantly improved students' test scores, and the satisfaction of self-learning recognition and clinical teaching is significantly higher.
