超声在下肢骨折术后深静脉血栓中的应用

目的研究分析彩色多普勒超声在诊断下肢骨折术后深静脉急性血栓中的具体价值。方法选择60例在我院接受手术治疗的下肢骨折患者作为研究对象。在术后2周内为患者进行患侧下肢和健侧下肢的彩色多普勒超声检查,对比患侧下肢和健侧下肢的深静脉内血栓的回声情况,综合分析检查结果,以了解彩色多普勒超声在诊断下肢骨折术后深静脉急性血栓中的具体价值。结果患者健侧股总动脉内径平均为(0.48±0.07)cm;股浅静脉均为(0.62±0.13)cm;腘静脉均为(0.71±0.16)cm;胫后静脉均为(0.31±0.03)cm;患侧股总动脉内径平均为(1.42±0.11)cm;股浅静脉均为(0.98±0.06)cm;腘静脉均为(0.99±0.11)cm;胫后静脉均为(0.53±0.09)cm,健侧血管内径均小于患侧,差异具有统计学意义(t_1=3.145、t_2=4.325、t_3=6.566、t_4=6.235,P <0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声检查是临床上诊断下肢骨折术后患者深静脉急性血栓的一种有效手段,为血栓的治疗提供有效的指导。

Objective To study and analyze the specific value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of deep vein acute thrombosis after lower limb fracture surgery. Methods 60 patients with lower extremity fracture who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the research objects. The patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography in the affected and healthy lower extremities within 2 weeks after operation. The echo of deep venous thrombosis in the affected and healthy lower extremities was compared, and the results were analyzed comprehensively to understand more color. The value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute deep vein thrombosis after lower limb fracture surgery was figured out. Results The medial diameter of the contralateral common femoral artery and superficial femoral vein of the patients were (0.48±0.07) cm and (0.62±0.13) cm respectively. The popliteal veins and posterior tibial veins were (0.71±0.16) cm and (0.31±0.03) cm respectively. The medial diameter of the common femoral artery was (1.42±0.11) cm, the superficial femoral veins were (0.98±0.06) cm, and the popliteal veins were (0.99±0.11) cm. Posterior tibial veins were (0.53±0.09) cm, and the diameter of the contralateral vessels was smaller than that of the affected side. The difference was statistically significant (t1=3.145, t2=4.325, t3=6.566, t4=6.235, P < 0.05). Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography is an effective method for clinical diagnosis of deep vein acute thrombosis in patients with lower limb fracture after operation. It provides effective guidance for the treatment of thrombosis.
