妇科阴道超声检查卵巢巧克力囊肿的价值

The Value of Transvaginal Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Ovarian Chocolate Cyst

目的探讨妇科阴道超声检查卵巢巧克力囊肿的价值。方法选取2017年6月—2018年6月于我院进行诊断的疑似卵巢巧克力囊肿的患者共计90例作为研究对象。所有患者均使用彩色多普勒超声仪进行相关检查,并且记录相关声像。结果阴道检查灵敏度为97.50%,腹部检查为70.00%;阴道检查特异度为70.00%,腹部检查特异度为20.00%;阴道检查阳性预测率为96.30%,腹部检查为87.50%;阴道检查阴性预测率为77.78%,腹部检查为7.69%;阴道检查误诊率为2.50%,腹部检查为30.00%;阴道超声检查的各项数据均优于腹部检查,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在临床卵巢巧克力囊肿的诊断中,阴道超声检查效果较之腹部超声检查效果要更好,具有临床意义,值得推广使用,但是在临床检查中其声像依旧与其他疾病有较为相似的地方,需要多加注意。

Objective To evaluate the value of transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ovarian chocolate cyst. Methods A total of 90 patients with suspected ovarian chocolate cyst were selected from June 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital were selected as the study objects. All patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography, and the relevant ultrasound images were recorded. Results The sensitivity of vaginal examination was 97.50% and that of abdominal examination was 70.00%. The specificity of vaginal examination was 70.00%, and that of abdominal examination was 20.00%. The positive predictive rate of vaginal examination was 96.30%, and that of abdominal examination was 87.50%. The negative predictive rate of vaginal examination and abdominal examination was 77.78% and 7.69%, respectively. The misdiagnosis rate of vaginal examination was 2.50% and that of abdominal examination was 30.00%. The data of vaginal ultrasonography were better than those of abdominal ultrasonography, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of ovarian chocolate cyst, the effect of transvaginal ultrasonography is better than abdominal ultrasonography, with clinical significance, it is worth promoting the use of, but in the clinical examination of its sonogram is still similar to other diseases, need more attention.
