曲美他嗪联合三磷酸腺苷治疗冠心病合并心功能不全

Clinical Efficacy of Trimetazidine Combined With Adenosine Triphosphate in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Complicated With Cardiac Insufficiency

目的探讨曲美他嗪联合三磷酸腺苷治疗冠心病合并心功能不全的临床效果。方法随机将我院2017年1月—2018年1月收治的88例冠心病合并心功能不全患者分为两组,每组各44例。对照组行曲美他嗪治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,行三磷酸腺苷治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率(97.73%)优于对照组(70.45%),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论贝那普利联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭效果理想,不仅能够明显改善生化指标,另外还增强了患者的心功能,提高了患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of trimetazidine combined with adenosine triphosphate in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with cardiac insufficiency. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018, 88 patients with coronary heart disease and cardiac insufficiency were randomly divided into two groups, 44 patients in each group. The control group was treated with trimetazidine. The observation group was treated with adenosine triphosphate on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (97.73%) was better than that of the control group (70.45%). The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Benazepril combined with trimetazidine is effective in the treatment of chronic heart failure in patients with coronary heart disease. It can not only significantly improve the biochemical indicators, but also enhance the heart function of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
