炙甘草汤、美托洛尔联合治疗心律失常分析

Analysis of Combination of Zhigancao Decoction and Metoprolol in the Treatment of Arrhythmia

目的分析加减炙甘草汤联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病室性心律失常的疗效。方法选择我院2015年1月—2018年1月收治的冠心病室性心律失常患者80例作为研究对象。将其随机分为两组,每组各40例。对照组采用西药疗法—美托洛尔,观察组在对照组治疗方法的前提下,给予患者服用炙甘草汤。对两组患者治疗前和治疗后的生命体征、血常规、心电图等指标进行观察和记录,并且对比两组患者治疗前和治疗后的观察指标值。结果 (1)观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95%,对照组为75%,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=6.27,P=0.012 <0.05)。(2)两组患者治疗前后谷丙转氨酶、尿素氮、肌酐水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论加减炙甘草汤联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病室性心律失常的疗效明显,可有效地改善患者的心功能,并且不会对肝肾功能造成影响,安全可靠。

Objective To analyze the effect of jiajian zhigancao decoction combined with metoprolol on ventricular arrhythmia of coronary heart disease. Methods 80 cases of patients with ventricular arrhythmia of coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with metoprolol. The observation group was given zhilicorice decoction on the premise of the treatment method of the control group. The vital signs, blood routine and electrocardiogram of the two groups were observed and recorded before and after treatment, and to compare the two groups of patients before and after treatment of the observed indicators. Results (1) The total effective rate was 95% in the observation group and 75% in the control group. The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (χ^2=6.27, P=0.012<0.05).(2) There was no significant difference in the levels of alanine aminotransferase, urea nitrogen and creatinine between the two groups before and after treatment (P > 0.05). Conclusion Jiajian zhigancao decoction combined with metoprolol in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia of coronary heart disease has obvious curative effect, can effectively improve the heart function of patients, and will not affect the liver and kidney function, safe and reliable.
