摘要
目的探讨青春期功能性子宫出血患者重视综合性护理干预的实施临床价值。方法选择我院妇科2017年2月—2018年2月收治的青春期功能性子宫出血患者100例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,观察组患者(n=50)采用综合性护理干预,对照组患者(n=50)采用常规护理,对两组患者的护理价值展开对比。结果观察组护理满意度为98%,高于对照组74%,差异具统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组干预后焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者的遵医行为评分高于对照组,平均住院时间少于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针对青春期功能性子宫出血患者行综合性护理干预,可提高护理满意度,改善心理状况,提高遵医行为,缩短住院时间。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with functional uterine bleeding in adolescence. Methods 100 cases of adolescent functional uterine bleeding admitted to gynecology department of our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the observation group (n=50) received comprehensive nursing intervention. The patients in the control group (n=50) received routine nursing. The nursing value of the two groups was compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98%, which was higher than 74% of the control group , the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The observation group patients' compliance behavior score was higher than that of the control group, and the average hospitalization time was less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for adolescent functional uterine bleeding can improve nursing satisfaction, improve psychological status, improve compliance behavior, and shorten hospitalization time.
