呼吸康复护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生存质量的影响

The Effect of Respiratory Rehabilitation Nursing on Quality of Life in Elderly Patients With COPD

目的探讨呼吸康复护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD患者肺功能以及生存质量的影响。方法选择我院于2018年1—10月收治的老年COPD患者54例作为研究对象。参考患者床位号的奇偶性,将其划分为观察组与对照组,每组各27例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者在对照组患者护理基础上,接受呼吸康复护理,比较两组患者的肺功能以及生存质量。结果观察组患者的用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)以及FEV1/FVC,与对照组患者进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者在躯体功能、情感职能、精神健康、社会功能以及社会活动方面的生存质量数据高于对照组,组间各数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对老年COPD患者行呼吸康复护理,可以有效改善患者的肺功能,有利于患者获取更好的生存质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of respiratory rehabilitation nursing on lung function and quality of life in elderly patients with COPD.Methods 54 elderly patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from January to October 2018 were selected as the subjects of study.Referring to the parity of the patient's bed number,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,27 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing care.Patients in the observation group received respiratory rehabilitation nursing on the basis of nursing care in the control group.The lung function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume(FEV1)and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life data of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in terms of physical function,emotional function,mental health,social function and social activities,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Respiratory rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients with COPD can effectively improve the lung function of patients and help patients to obtain better quality of life.
