摘要
目的研究人文护理在胰腺肿瘤患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院2016年2月—2018年4月收治的胰腺肿瘤患者中选择74例自愿参与研究患者为对象。依据患者入院顺序,将其分为对照组及观察组,每组各37例。对照组采取常规护理服务,观察组则实施人文护理。结果护理干预后,观察组患者的焦虑评分低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者的护理满意率高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对胰腺肿瘤患者实施人文护理可大大改善患者的心理状态,提高其生存质量及对护理服务的满意度,促使患者可建立积极治疗的信心,有利于确保各项诊疗工作的顺利进行。
Objective To study the application effects of humanistic nursing in patients with pancreatic tumor. Methods 74 patients with pancreatic cancer who volunteered to participate in the study from February 2016 to April 2018 in our hospital were selected as the study objects. According to the order of admission, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, 37 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing service. The observation group was given humanistic nursing. Results After nursing intervention, the anxiety score of the patients in the observation group was lower than that of the patients in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The quality of life score of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the patients in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the patients in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Humanistic nursing for patients with pancreatic cancer can greatly improve their psychological state, improve their quality of life and satisfaction with nursing services, promote patients to establish positive treatment confidence, and help to ensure the smooth progress of various diagnostic and therapeutic work.
