胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸术后并发症的护理探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的对优质护理在预防胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸术后并发症的作用进行分析探讨。方法选取2015年1月—2018年5月在我院接受胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸术的88例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。对照组44例患者行常规护理,观察组44例患者行优质护理,对比两组患者的护理效果及术后并发症发生率。结果观察组出院前1天通气储量与第1秒最大呼出量优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.55%,低于对照组的25.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组的胸管留置时间及住院时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸术患者进行优质护理,可有效提高护理效果,降低术后并发症发生率,改善患者预后。 Objective To study the clinical application of high quality nursing in patients with spontaneous pneumothorax carried out thoracoscopic surgery.Methods 88 cases with spontaneous pneumothorax carried out thoracoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2018 were selected as study objects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group,44 cases in control group were carried out conventional nursing,44 cases in experimental group were carried outhigh quality nursing,the complication rate and nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results The ventilation reserve and the maximal expiratory volume of the first second in the observation group were better than those in the control group one day before discharge,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.55%,lower than 25.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The time of thoracic tube indwelling and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing for patients with spontaneous pneumothorax treated by thoracoscopy can effectively improve the nursing effect,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the prognosis of patients.
