海恩法则在手术室精细化护理中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Hayne's Rule in Meticulous Nursing in Operation Room

目的对乳腺癌者于手术室精细化护理中应用海恩法则的临床效果和护理满意度进行研究。方法选取本院2016年4月—2017年4月确诊的乳腺癌120例患者作为研究对象。按照护理方法不同,将其分成两组。将行常规性护理60例患者作为对照组,将在其基础上,于手术室精细化护理中应用海恩法则60例患者作为观察组,对两组临床效果和护理满意度情况进行比较。结果观察组患者的卫生消毒、护理配合和手术室环境等护理质量评分(15.48±3.32)分、(15.50±3.42)分和(15.70±2.45)分均比对照组高,组间各数据比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.01),且总不良事件发生概率为1.67%,比对照组18.33%低,组间各数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01);观察组护理满意度为96.67%,比对照组80.00%高,组间数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论乳腺癌者于手术室精细化护理中应用海恩法则能够提高护理质量,减少不良事件的发生,且提高护理满意度。

Objective To study the clinical effect and nursing satisfaction of patients with breast cancer treated by intensive care in operation room by Hein Law.Methods 120 cases of breast cancer diagnosed in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups.60 patients receiving routine nursing were taken as control group.On this basis,60 patients with Hain's rule will be used in the operation room fine nursing as the observation group.The clinical effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of sanitation disinfection,nursing cooperation and operating room environment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(15.48±3.32)points,(15.50±3.42)points and(15.70±2.45)points.There were significant differences in the data between the two groups(P<0.01).The probability of total adverse events was 1.67%,which was lower than 18.33%in the control group.There was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion For patients with breast cancer,the application of Hein Law for intensive care in operation rooms can improve the quality of nursing,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and improve the satisfaction to nursing;therefore,it is of relatively significant value to be popularized in clinical application.
