优质护理策略在鼻窦炎鼻息肉行鼻内窥镜手术后效果探究

The Effect of Quality Nursing Strategy on Endoscopic Sinus Surgery for Sinusitis and Nasal Polyps

目的分析对鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者行鼻内窥镜手术后采用优质护理策略的效果。方法选择2017年1—12月我院收治的66例行鼻内窥镜手术的鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者作为研究对象。采用抽签法予以分组,将其划分为对照组(33例患者行常规护理干预)与观察组(33例患者行优质护理策略),对比两组患者术后的效果。结果与对照组(75.76%)对比,观察组患者的护理总满意度(96.97%)更高,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者行鼻内窥镜手术后采用优质护理策略能够促进患者快速康复,提升患者的满意度,对于良好医患关系的构建具有一定的促进作用。

Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing strategy on patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps after endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods 66 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into control group (33 patients received routine nursing intervention) and observation group (33 patients received high quality nursing strategy). The effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group (75.76%), the total nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group (96.97%) was higher, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Quality nursing strategy for patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps after endoscopic sinus surgery can promote rapid recovery, improve patient satisfaction, and promote the construction of a good doctor-patient relationship.
