心理护理对住院老年精神患者干预效果探析

Analysis of the Effect of Psychological Nursing on the Intervention of Hospitalized Elderly Mental Patients

目的研究分析心理护理对住院老年精神患者的干预效果。方法选择我院收治的103例由于老年精神病而需长期住院的患者作为研究对象。按照随机的方法,将患者划分为对照组和观察组。对照组51例患者采用常规护理,观察组52例患者在此基础上,应用心理护理。护理后,通过本院自制的关于评定精神病患者临床治疗效果的评量表来评价本次研究纳入的患者的心理干预效果。结果护理后,对照组患者的认知功能评分为(73.1±1.2)分,意识能力评分为(71.1±2.5)分,行为能力评分为(70.4±2.1)分;观察组患者的认知功能评分为(89.2±2.6)分,意识能力评分为(87.2±2.9)分,行为能力评分为(87.3±3.7)分,与对照组患者相比,观察组在认知功能、意识能力和行为能力等评分结果方面明显更优,两组患者数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针对住院老年精神患者实施心理护理干预效果很好。

Objective To analyze and study the effect of psychological nursing on the intervention of hospitalized elderly mental patients. Methods A total of 103 patients with senile psychosis who need longterm hospitalization in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random method, the patients were divided into control group and observation group. 51 patients in the control group received routine nursing. On this basis, 52 patients in the observation group were given psychological nursing. After nursing, the psychological intervention effect of the patients included in this study was evaluated by the self-made scale on evaluating the clinical therapeutic effect of psychiatric patients. Results After careful care, the cognitive function scores of the control group were (73.1±1.2) points, the consciousness ability score was (71.1±2.5) points, the behavioral ability score was (70.4±2.1) points, and the cognitive function score of the observation group was (89.2±2.6) points, the ability score was (87.2±2.9) points, and the performance ability score was (87.3±3.7) points. compared with the control group, the observation group had better scores in cognitive function, conscious ability and behavioral ability. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of psychological nursing intervention for hospitalized elderly mental patients is very effective.
