摘要
目的探究护工岗位责任制在住院脑卒中患者护理中的应用效果。方法选择我院2015年5月—2017年5月收治的200例住院脑卒中患者和50名护工,依据随机数字表方法,将200例患者平均分为观察组与对照两组,每组患者100例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以护工岗位责任制,科室与公司主管共同制定岗位职责,进行培训,督导护工落实,随后探究其应用效果。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组,组间数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将护工岗位责任制应用于住院脑卒中患者护理中效果良好,可提升患者护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of the jobresponsibility system in the nursing of hospitalized stroke patients. Methods A total of 200 hospitalized stroke patients and 50 nurses admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were enrolled. According to the random number table method, 200 patients were equally divided into observation and control groups, with 100 patients in each group. For example, the control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given a job-responsibility system. The department and the company's supervisor jointly formulated job responsibilities, conducted training, supervised the implementation of the care workers, and then explored the application effects. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Applying the job-responsibility system to the hospitalized stroke patients has a good effect, which can improve the patient's nursing satisfaction and has clinical application value.
