摘要
尽管目前有关反思实践和理论的讨论已经成为社会工作的研究热点,但是反思这个概念仍然面临模糊不清、无法应用的困境,尤其缺乏对反思这个概念的溯源以及实践路径和框架的探讨。鉴于此,本文通过文献的梳理和讨论就如何开展实践反思这一问题开展研究,发现反思实践是一种“自下而上”的实践和理论建构的逻辑,具有专业实践的反思、社会实践的反思和生活实践的反思三种方式。而在实际的服务中,这三种方式需要整合起来,形成场景实践中的事、人际和自我三个维度的反思。
There is a large body of literature on reflective practice and reflective learning in the field of social work.The importance of reflection in professional practice is widely recognized.However,there is lack of clarity about the concept of reflection and the interpretation of the relationship between reflection and social work practice.The purpose of this paper is to review and sorts out the connotation,theoretical development and characteristics of reflection in the field of social work.Exploring the three forms of reflection:action reflection,critical reflection,and reflexive reflection,this paper concludes that the connection between reflection and social work practice is achieved through three types of situations,including:profession-practice situation,social situation and life network situation.
