破解制约文化创意人才发展瓶颈的策略研究

文化创意人才作为智力型、复合型人才,其自身成长过程具有规律性和特殊性。但目前文化创意人才的发展面临着研究理论相对滞后、高校培养模式比较僵化等问题,严重制约了文化创意人才的发展。因此,必须建立政府、高校和企业三方的联动机制,为创意人才的发展搭建平台,提供机会,冲破现存的瓶颈,开创发展新局面。

Cultural creative talents, as intellectual and compound talents, have regular and special growth processes. However, the current development of cultural and creative talents faces the problems, such as research theories relatively lags and the training mode of colleges and universities is relatively rigid. These limitations seriously restrict the development of cultural and creative talents. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a linkage mechanism between the government, universities and enterprises to build a platform for the development of creative talents, provide opportunities, break through existing bottlenecks, and create a new situation for development.
