摘要 首先分析当前应用型本科高校教师转型发展过程中遇到的相关困境,并简单论述转型发展对教师提出的基本要求。进而在此基础上,分别从建立教师转型发展的院校支撑体系、调整教师转型发展的内在根本制度、创造教师转型发展的良好宏观环境三方面,提出推动应用型本科高校教师转型发展的有效路径,旨在能够为教师的个人专业发展提供有效的参考和借鉴。 This paper first analyzes the related dilemmas encountered in the process of transformation and development of current applied undergraduate college teachers, and briefly discusses the basic requirements of transformation and development for teachers. On the basis of this, from the establishment of the teacher support system for teacher transformation and development, the adjustment of the internal fundamental system of teachers' transformation and development, and the creation of a good macro environment for teachers' transformation and development, this paper puts forward the effective measures for the transformation and development of applied undergraduate college teachers in order to provide an effective reference for teachers' personal professional development.
