摘要 当前教师的入口关扩宽了,不可否认的是,在县一级及以下的学校里,许多青年教师入职后无法很好地胜任教育教学工作。通过科学设计共同体结构,合理区分共同体类型,同步优化共同体评价,适时展示共同体成绩,可以为青年教师的成长提供先天基因、现实土壤、营养动力、价值体现,促进青年教师更快更好地成长。同时,也能够促进不同层次教师的共同成长。 At present, the admission requirement of teachers has become less rigid. It is undeniable that many young teachers are unable to do the teaching work well in the schools at the county level and below. The scientific design of community structure, reasonable differentiation of community types, simultaneous optimization of community evaluation, and timely display of community achievements provide young teachers with congenital genes, realistic soil, nutritional power, value embodiment for growth, which can promote young teachers' faster and better development and the common growth of teachers at different levels.
