摘要 随着我国改革开放的不断深入,在党和国家的大力推动下,职业教育在我国也不断发展壮大起来,已成为为社会输送技能人才的主要力量。"双主体"指的是在办学过程中学校与企业合作共同承担起培养职业技能型人才的重任,共同成为职业教育的主体。根据"双主体"模式办学理念的要求,在我国现阶段职业教育体系中校企合作的办学机制还不成熟,双方利益诉求还有待调整。 With the deepening of China's reform and opening up, under the vigorous promotion of the Party and the country, vocational education in China has also been growing up, and has become the main force to cultivate skilled personnel for society.“Dual subject” refers to the school-enterprise cooperation in the process of running a school to shoulder the responsibility of training vocational and technical personnel, jointly serving as the subject of vocational education. According to the requirement of the “dual subject” mode, the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism in the current vocational education system in China is not mature, and the interests of both sides need to be adjusted.
