翻转课堂的网络教学模式在临床教学中的应用 被引量:13

摘要 目的研究支持翻转课堂的网络教学模式应用于妇产科学临床教学中的价值。方法选择2017年4月—2018年5月接收的64名妇产科学临床专业医学生作为研究对象。按照数字表法,将其随机分为两组,每组各32名。研究组采取支持翻转课堂的网络教学模式,对照组采取常规教学法,对比两组教学结果。结果研究组学习效率、学习能力及学习态度评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组基础知识、基本操作能力及临床病例分析的成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组对带教工作的满意度93.75%,高于对照组的81.25%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论支持翻转课堂的网络教学模式应用于妇产科学教学中效果明显,提高学生成绩,改善学习效率及能力,学生对教学工作的满意度较高。 Objective To study the clinical value of flipping classroom -based network teaching mode in gynecology and obstetrics. Methods 64 clinical students of obstetrics and gynecology from April 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the subjects of study. According to the digital table method, they were randomly divided into two groups, 32 cases in each group. The research group adopts the network teaching mode which supports the flip classroom. The control group was given routine teaching methods. The teaching results of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of learning efficiency, learning ability and learning attitude in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The results of basic knowledge, basic operation ability and clinical case analysis in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of the study group was 93.75%, higher than that of the control group (81.25%), the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of network teaching mode supporting flip classroom in gynecology and obstetrics teaching has obvious effect, improving students' achievement, learning efficiency and ability, and students' satisfaction with teaching work is higher.
