随着我国人口的显著增加,医疗事业对血液的需求量越来越多,血站在确保用血安全上,有着重要的作用。作为血液采集、检验以及储存的场所,血站免疫检验效果直接关乎着血液质量,文章以乙肝表面抗原免疫学检验工作为例,探讨影响乙肝表面抗原免疫学检验工作的因素,结果显示,乙肝表面抗原免疫学检验工作质量会受到多种因素的影响,包括试剂、干扰物质、标本、人为操作因素,结果显示,上述因素均会影响检验工作的准确性,为了避免检验失误问题的产生,需要通过定期检查、严格操作的形式来开展工作。文章针对上述因素进行探究,并探讨具体的质量控制措施。

With the remarkable increase of the population in China, the demand for blood in the medical industry is increasing. Blood stations play an important role in ensuring the safety of blood use. As a place for blood collection, testing and storage, the effect of immune test in blood stations is directly related to the quality of blood. Taking the immune test of hepatitis B surface antigen as an example, this paper explores the factors influencing the work of immune test of hepatitis B surface antigen. The results show that the quality of immune test of hepatitis B surface antigen will be greatly improved. The results show that the above factors will affect the accuracy of the inspection work. In order to avoid the problem of inspection errors, it is necessary to carry out the work in the form of regular inspection and strict operation.
