细节护理在尿毒症血液透析患者中的应用分析

The Effect of Detailed Nursing Intervention on Complications and Quality of Life in Uremic Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨细节护理干预对尿毒症血液透析患者并发症及生活质量的影响。方法选择93例接受血液透析治疗的尿毒症患者作为研究对象。按照治疗时间的先后,将其分为观察组(47例)和对照组(46例)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予细节护理干预。结果观察组患者的并发症发生率为10.64%,对照组患者的并发症发生率为30.43%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者的生活质量总分及各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对尿毒症血液透析患者实施细节护理干预,可减少并发症的发生。提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of detail nursing intervention on complications and quality of life in uremic hemodialysis patients. Methods 93 uremic patients receiving hemodialysis were selected as the study subjects. According to the treatment time, they were divided into observation group (47 cases) and control group (46 cases). The control group was given routine nursing. The observation group was given detailed nursing intervention. Results The incidence of complications was 10.64% in the observation group and 30.43% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). The anxiety score and depression score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total scores of quality of life and the scores of each dimension in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Detailed nursing intervention for uremic hemodialysis patients can reduce the occurrence of complications and improve their quality of life.
