临床护理路径在眼科白内障患者中的应用

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Ophthalmic Cataract Patients

目的探究眼科白内障患者临床护理路径的应用价值。方法选择2017年7—12月收治的白内障患者40例设为对照组,实施常规护理;选择2018年1—6月收治的白内障患者40例设为观察组,实施临床护理路径。评估两组患者护理前后焦虑程度,同时记录患者对此次护理工作满意情况。结果两组患者经护理后,SAS评分均呈下降趋势;观察组SAS评分下降趋势大于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理总满意率(97.50%)高于对照组(70.00%),组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将临床护理路径作为白内障患者的护理方案,不仅可辅助患者的手术治疗,而且可为患者围术期身心状况提供保障,促进患者术后的早日康复。

Objective To explore the application value of clinical nursing pathway for ophthalmic cataract patients. Methods 40 cases of cataract patients admitted from July to December 2017 were selected as control group, and routine nursing was carried out. 40 cases of cataract patients admitted from January to June 2018 were selected as observation group to implement clinical nursing pathway. The anxiety level of the two groups before and after nursing was evaluated, and the satisfaction of the patients with the nursing work was recorded. Results After nursing, the SAS scores of the two groups showed a downward trend;the SAS scores of the observation group showed a downward trend than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group (97.50%) was higher than that in the control group (70.00%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Taking clinical nursing pathway as a nursing scheme for cataract patients can not only assist patients with surgical treatment, but also provide guarantee for patients' physical and mental condition during perioperative period, and promote patients' early recovery after operation.
