连翘种苗质量标准研究

Studies on Classification Criteria of Forsythia suspense (Thunb.) Vahl Seedlings

为制定连翘种苗质量分级标准,采集河南省三门峡、洛阳,山西省长治、运城,陕西省商洛等连翘主产区的连翘种苗,测定其地径、苗高、主根长、大于3 cm一级侧根数、根幅、芽体数等指标,通过SPSS 24.0软件进行K类中心聚类分析,确定连翘种苗质量的分级指标,并对连翘种苗进行分级。结果表明,连翘种苗可分为4个等级:Ⅰ级种苗地径≥0.81 cm,主根长≥19.6 cm,苗高≥61.5 cm,根幅≥19.4 cm;Ⅱ级种苗地径0.76～0.81 cm,主根长16.8～19.6 cm,苗高48.6～61.5 cm,根幅12.7～19.4 cm;Ⅲ级种苗地径0.58～0.76 cm,主根长16.4～16.8 cm,苗高43.2～48.6 cm,根幅11.5～12.7 cm;低于Ⅲ级为不合格种苗。供试所有连翘种苗中,Ⅰ级种苗占12.3%,Ⅱ级种苗占23.8%,Ⅲ级种苗占34.2%,建议市场采用Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级种苗。

In order to establish the quality classification standard of Forsythia suspense(Thunb.)Vahl seedlings,the Forsythia suspense seedlings from Sanmenxia,Luoyang,Changzhi,Yuncheng,Shangluo and other main producing areas were collected to measure ground diameter,seedling height,main root length,numbers of lateral roots(>3 cm),root width,bud number and so on,and its quality was graded by K mean clustering analysis conducted through SPSS 24.0.The results showed that Forsythia suspense seedlings could be divided into 4 grades:The diameter and the length of the main root of gradeⅠwere at least 0.81 cm and 19.6 cm respectively,the seedling height was at least 61.5 cm,and the root width was at least 19.4 cm;the diameter and the length of the main root of gradeⅡwere 0.76-0.81 cm and 16.8-19.6 cm respectively,the seedling height was 48.6-61.5 cm,and the root width was 12.7-19.4 cm;the diameter and the length of the main root of gradeⅢwere 0.58-0.76 cm and 16.4-16.8 cm respectively,the seedling height was 43.2-48.6 cm,and the root width was 11.5-12.7 cm.And it was regarded as unqualified seedling which could not meet the requirements of gradeⅢ.Among the Forsythia suspense seedlings,the gradeⅠ,ⅡandⅢseedlings accounted for 12.3%,23.8%and 34.2%,respectively.It is suggested that gradeⅠ,ⅡandⅢseedlings should be used in the market.
