摘要
可重复利用的外墙钢管脚手架连墙件装置包括:T形螺杆、大小头连接件、直径12 mm圆钢、水平连墙钢管。T形螺杆一端为直径12 mm螺栓,另一端为T形状圆柱,预埋在钢筋混凝土边框梁中;大小头连接件分别连接T形螺杆与直径12 mm圆钢;直径12 mm圆钢一端带有丝纹,拧入连接套筒1/2长度伸到限位键处,另一端通过焊接方式与水平连墙钢管连接,水平连墙钢管通过扣件与外脚手架主节点附近的内立管进行可靠拉结,形成可回收重复利用的外墙钢管脚手架连墙件拉结点装置。对现场直径12 mm圆钢的抗拔承载力进行了随机检测,满足JGJ 130—2011《建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范》中第5.1.7条大于8 kN的要求,安全可靠。
Reusable external wall steel tube scaffolding fittings include :T screw,the large and small head connectors,?12 round steel,horizontal wall steel pipe. T screw :one end is a 12 mm bolt in diameter,the other is a T shaped cylinder,which is embedded in the steel reinforced concrete frame beam;the large and small head connectors are respectively connected with T-screw and ?12 round steel;the ?12 round steel is threaded at one end,screwed into the connecting sleeve 1/2 length to reach the limit button, and the other end is connected to the horizontal wall steel pipe by welding.Horizontal wall steel pipe can be reliably tied by fasteners and inner risers near the main joints of external scaffolding to form a recyclable and reusable device for pulling joints of external wall steel pipe scaffolding.The pull-out bearing capacity of the ?12 round steel at the site was randomly tested to meet the requirements of Section 5.1.7 more than 8 kN of the JGJ 130-2011 Safety Technical Specification for Building Construction Fasteners,which is safer and more reliable.
