摘要
地铁车站主体结构中侧墙模板支架体系一直是施工过程中的技术管控重点,传统单侧支模架体系自重大,吊装困难施工效率较低,因此设计优化现有单侧模板支架体系,采用三角形定型支架并通过Midas建模进行支架验算,利用竹胶模板减轻自重,设计采用木工字梁控制模板变形,配置万向轮以实现可移动功能,实现侧墙快速流水作业,提高车站侧墙施工效率。
The side wall formwork support system in the main structure of the subway station has always been the focus of technical control during the construction process.The traditional single-sided formwork frame system has its own heavy weight and low lifting efficiency.The optimization design of existing unilateral formwork system,using triangle shaped bracket and frame calculation by Midas modeling,the use of bamboo glue template to reduce weight,the design of timber beam control template deformation, configuration of universal wheel to achieve mobile function.It is of great significance to realize the side wall rapid flow operation.
