组拼式钢管预应力管道的基本体系设计研究

摘要 根据现有预应力管道系统的应用现状,结合工业化建造的要求,基于减小管径、提高刚度的基本思路,研究确定新型管道结构的材料和尺寸特性,开展相关材料性能、长期性能的相关试验研究,验证新型管道结构的性能,从基本组件、组拼方法、连接方案的角度形成了新型管道结构的基本体系。 According to the application status of existing prestressed pipeline systems,combined with the requirements of industrial construction,based on the basic ideas of reducing pipe diameter and increasing stiffness,research and determine the material and dimensional characteristics of new pipe structures,and carry out related material properties and long-term performance. The relevant experimental research proves the performance of the new pipeline structure,and forms the basic system of the new pipeline structure from the perspective of basic components,assembly methods and connection schemes.
