Construction Technology of Steel Pipe Piles for Bridges Across Sea

以新建福厦铁路客运专线3座跨海桥梁栈桥平台施工为例,结合现场实际情况,介绍不同水深、地质条件下,介绍钢管桩插打设备选取方法,并对钓鱼法、打桩船及定位架定位沉放+人造覆盖层+帷幕注浆等3种钢管桩施工方法及插打工艺进行总结,为以后类似海上钢管桩施工提供良好的借鉴。

This paper relies on the construction of the platform of three bridges for the construction of the Fuzhou-Xiamen Railway Passenger Dedicated Line. Based on the actual situation of the site,it is introduced how to select the steel pipe pile insertion equipment under different water depths and geological conditions,and the fishing method,piling ship and positioning. The three steel pipe pile construction methods and the insertion process of the positioning and sinking+man-made covering layer+curtain grouting are summarized,which provides a good reference for the construction of similar offshore steel pipe piles.
