摘要
唇腭裂是先天性口面裂畸形的常见类型,危害严重,其发病机制仍不清楚。外泌体是由活细胞分泌的,参与参与细胞间通讯及物质传递的一类囊泡样小体,其内包含的miRNA单链非编码RNA,通过调控基因表达来影响信号通路的传导。研究发现,外泌体在唇腭裂患者体液中水平无明显改变,但外泌体内miRNA的表达有明显不同,胚胎时期miRNA在颌面部的异常表达可能与唇腭裂的发生有关。本文对外泌体研究在唇腭裂领域的发展进行综述。
Cleft lip and palate are common types of orofacial cleft deformity,which is detrimental and its pathogenesis remains unclear.Exosomes are a group of vesicle-like bodies that are secreted by living cells and participate in the communication and material transfer.They contain miRNA single-strand non-coding RNA,which can affect signaling pathways through the regulation of gene expression.The study found that exosomes did not change significantly in the body fluids of patients with cleft lip and palate,but the expression of miRNAs in exosomes was significantly different.And the abnormal miRNA expression in the maxillofacial region during embryonic stage may indicate its relationship with the cleft lip and palate.This reviewed the studies of exosomes in the cleft lip and palate.
