四手操作护理在复合树脂高强纤维缺隙保持器临床制作中的应用

摘要 目的评价规范四手操作在复合树脂高强纤维缺隙保持器制作配戴过程中效果体会。方法选取下颌第二乳磨牙早失需要缺隙保持患儿85例作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组(护士配合医生规范四手操作完成缺隙保持器制作)43例和对照组(传统护理配合)42例,记录两组临床操作时间和缺隙保持器早期(1、3月)脱落率。结果实验组椅旁操作省时,工作效率明显提高(P<0.05);实验组缺隙保持器早期脱落率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复合树脂高强纤维缺隙保持器制作配戴过程中四手操作配合辅助简化医生工作强度,增强了医患间有效沟通,减少儿童患者诊疗时间,提高工作效率保障了切实有效的治疗效果。 Objective To evaluate the effect of four-hand operation in the process of the production of the glass fiber-reinforced composite resin space maintainer.Methods Select 85 children whose single mandibular second molar of early lost, divided into experimental group (nurse with the standard four-hand operation to complete space maintainer production) 43 patients and the control group (traditional nursing) 42 cases randomly,recorded in the two groups of clinical operation time and the early fall-off rate (1,3 months).Results The working efficiency of the experimental group was improved significantly (P<0.05).The early loss rate of the space maintainer in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion During the production of the glass fiber-reinforced composite resin space maintainer,cooperation with four-hand oral nursing simplified the doctors intensity work,enhance the effective communication between patient and physician,reduce the time of treatment, improve the work efficiency and ensure the effective therapeutic effect.
