不同年龄段健康体检心电图的比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Electrocardiogram in Health Examination of Different age Groups

目的分析不同年龄段人群健康体检心电图表现。方法选取2017年3月～2018年7月在我体检中心接受健康体检的464例受检者为研究对象,将所有体检者按年龄分为<30岁组,30～39岁组,40～49岁组,50～59岁组,60～69岁及≥70岁组。所有体检者均接受心电图检查,分析体检者心电图异常检出情况,比较体检者年龄与心电图异常的关系。结果 67例体检者的心电图异常总检出率为14.44%,其中<30岁组与30～39岁组的心电图异常比率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而≥40岁体检者心电图异常检出率明显高于<40岁体检者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);40～49岁组、50～59岁组、60～69岁组以及≥70岁组的心电图异常检出率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论体检者年龄与异常心电图存在一定的关联,40岁以上人群应对健康体检引起足够的重视,有助于及早发现心血管疾病。

Objective To compare and analyze the electrocardiogram performance of healthy people in different age groups.Methods A total of 464 subjects who underwent a physical examination from March 2017 to July 2018 in our physical examination center were randomly selected as subjects.All subjects were divided into younger than <30 years group,group age 30-39,group age 40-49,group age 50-59,group age 60-69 and group aged above 70.All subjects underwent ECG detection,analyzed the abnormalities of electrocardiogram in the physical examination,and analyzed the relationship between the age of the examiner and the abnormal ECG.Results A total of 67 physical examinations detected ECG abnormalities.The total detection rate was 14.44%.There was no significant difference in the ECG abnormal ratio between the <30-year-old physical examination and the 30-39-year-old physical examination ( P >0.05),40-49 years old.There was no significant difference in the detection rate of ECG abnormalities between physical examination,50-59 year old physical examination,60-69 year old physical examination and ≥70 years old physical examination ( P >0.05).The detection rate of abnormal electrocardiogram was significantly higher in medical examinations of ≥40 years old.For the <40-year-old physical examination,the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05).Conclusion There is a certain correlation between the age of the examiner and the abnormal electrocardiogram.People over the age of 40 should pay enough attention to the health checkup,which will help to detect cardiovascular disease early.
