生长抑素联合康复新液治疗非甾体抗炎药导致上消化道出血的效果

Effect of Somatostatin Combined with Rehabilitation New Fluid in Treatment of Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage Caused by NSAIDs

目的探讨康复新液联合生长抑素治疗非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs)导致上消化道出血的效果及对炎症因子的影响。方法将95例因NSAIDs引起上消化道出血患者按随机数字表法分为两组,单药组47例予生长抑素治疗,联合组48例在对照组的基础上加用康复新液治疗,观察比较两组治疗前及治疗后3 d的炎症因子水平、临床效果及不良反应情况。结果联合组治疗后总有效率高于单药组,hs-CRP及IL-6水平低于单药组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生长抑素联合康复新液可改善NSAIDs所致上消化道出血患者的应激性炎症状态,迅速止血,且安全有效。

Objective To investigate the effect of long-term administration of NSAIDs on patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage and the effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with somatostatin on the inflammatory state of patients.Methods A randomized digital table method was used to divide 95 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage caused by NSAIDs into two groups.47 patients in the single drug group were given somatostatin,and 48 patients in the combined group were given rehabilitation fluid.The inflammation levels before and after 3 days,post-treatment effects and adverse reactions during the period were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the single drug group,and the hs-CRP and IL-6 levels were lower than the single drug group ( P <0.05).There was no statistical analysis of adverse events in the two groups ( P >0.05).Conclusion Somatostatin combined with Kangfuxin can improve the stress inflammatory state of patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage caused by NSAIDs,and it can stop bleeding quickly and is safe and effective.
