三氧化二砷联合ICE方案治疗难治性非霍奇金淋巴瘤的效果

Effect of Arsenic Trioxide Combined with ICE Regimens in the Treatment of Intractable-Hodgkin Lymphoma

目的探讨三氧化二砷联合ICE方案治疗难治性非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床效果。方法选取2015年3月～2018年6月在我院治疗的难治性非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者88例为观察对象,随机分为对照组和研究组各44例,对照组使用ICE方案进行化疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上给予三氧化二砷治疗,观察比较两组疗效、不良反应情况以及治疗前后血清乳酸脱氢酶的变化。结果研究组的总有效率为79.5%,显著高于对照组的52.3%,而且治疗后的血清乳酸脱氢酶含量明显低于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三氧化二砷联合ICE方案治疗难治性非霍奇金淋巴瘤的效果较单独使用ICE方案的效果好,可明显降低患者的血清乳酸脱氢酶含量,安全性高。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of arsenic trioxide combined with ICE regimens in treating intractable non-Hodgkin lymphoma.Methods 88 cases of intractable non-Hodgkin lymphoma patients selected in our hospital from March 2015 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control group and research group,each 44 cases.Patients in control group were given ICE chemotherapyregimens,and patients in research group were given arsenous acid based on the control group.Clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,lactate dehydrogenase before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of research group was significantly higher than that of control group(79.5% vs 52.3%),after treatment,arsenous acid of research group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the difference had statistical sense( P <0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups( P >0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of arsenic trioxide combined with ICE regimens in treating intractable non-Hodgkin lymphoma was better than ICE regimens only,and it can lower arsenous acid,and security is good.
