益气调血方对葡萄膜炎黄斑囊样水肿患者最佳矫正视力及黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度的影响

Effect of Yiqi Tiaoxue Prescription on BCVA and CMT in Patients with Uveitis Cystoid Edema

目的探讨益气调血方对葡萄膜炎黄斑囊样水肿患者最佳矫正视力(BCVA)及黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度(CMT)的影响。方法将我院2017年1月～2018年1月收治的83例葡萄膜炎黄斑囊样水肿患者随机分为两组,对照组41例给予常规西药治疗,观察组42例在常规西药治疗上加用益气调血方治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、BCVA及CMT、中医证侯积分的变化情况。结果观察组患者的BCVA及治疗总有效率均高于对照组,CMT及中医证候积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气调血方可明显降低视网膜黄斑中心区厚度,改善患者视力功能,从而改善临床症状,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Tiaoxue Fang on best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) and central macular thickness (CMT) in patients with uveitis cystoid edema.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,83 patients with uveitis cystic edema in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.41 patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine.In the observation group,42 cases were treated with Yiqi Tiaoxue Fang based on conventional Western medicine,the clinical effect,best corrected visual acuity (BCVA),central macular thickness (CMT) and scores of TCM syndromes of two groups were compared.Results The BCVA and total effective rate of observation group were higher than that of the control group,CMT and the scores of TCM syndromes were lower than the control group,the difference were statistically significant ( P <0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Tiaoxue Fang can significantly reduce the thickness of the central area of the macula and improve the visual function of the patients,thus alleviating eye pain,visual loss,and ocular blackness.The curative effect is remarkable and worth promoting.
