炉甘石洗剂外涂治疗小儿手足口病皮疹的临床观察

Curative Effect of Calamine Lotion on Children's Rash of Hand-foot-mouth Disease

目的观察炉甘石洗剂外涂治疗小儿手足口病皮疹的效果。方法选择2017年8月～2018年8月在我院儿科一区住院的手足口病患儿100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,对照组50例患儿给予隔离、抗炎、营养、增强免疫力等对症支持治疗,治疗组患儿在对照组治疗的基础上予以炉甘石洗剂外涂皮疹局部,比较两组患儿的疗效、皮疹消退时间、住院时间、体温恢复正常时间。结果治疗组的总有效率为98%优于对照组的70%(P<0.05),皮疹消退时间、住院时间、体温恢复正常时间均短于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炉甘石洗剂外涂治疗小儿手足口病皮疹的疗效显著,无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of external application of calamine lotion in the treatment of rashes of hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods From August 2017 to August 2018,100 cases of pediatric hand-foot-mouth disease were selected,whom were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and 50 cases of control group were treated with symptomatic support such as isolation,anti-inflammation,nutrition and immunity enhancement.The children in the treatment group were given external application of calamine lotion on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,duration of rashes resolution,length of hospital stay and time of body temperature recovery were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than the control group (98% vs 70%)( P <0.05).The differences were statistically significant on duration of rashes resolution,length of hospital stay and time of body temperature recovery of treatment group were shorter than that of control group( P <0.05).Conclusion external application of calamine lotion to hand-foot-mouth disease is effective without adverse reactions and worthy of clinical application.
