混合煤气双蓄热加热炉燃烧系统设计及应用分析

摘要 马钢长材事业部型二分厂1号加热炉已使用九年多,存在炉墙严重剥落、开裂、多处冒火以及煤气泄漏等现象,同时能耗较高,急需大修改造。文章介绍了该加热炉燃烧系统的设计及投入使用效果分析,为混合煤气在双蓄热加热炉上的应用提供参考。 Masteel No.1 heating furnace of section steel two branch factory of long products business department has been worked more than nine years.The wall of heating furnace has been serious spalling,cracking,fire and multiple gas leak phenomenon,At the same time,energy consumption was very high,it is urgent necessary to overhaul.The paper introduced the design of the combustion system of the heating furnace and the effect and analysis of its application.The reference was provided for the application of mixed gas in regenerative reheating furnace.
