2型糖尿病合并颈动脉粥样硬化患者血清CTRP9、SFRP5、TXNIP水平变化的关系 被引量:9

Relationship between Serum CTRP9,SFRP5 and TXNIP Levels in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Carotid Atherosclerosis

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS)患者血清脂肪细胞因子C1q/肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白(CTRP9)、分泌型卷曲相关蛋白5(SFRP5)、硫氧环蛋白相互作用蛋白(TXNIP)水平的变化及其意义。方法选取我院2015年1月至2017年1月收治的140例初诊T2DM患者(T2DM组)、选取70例健康体检对象作为对照组,检测两组对象的血清CTRP9、SFRP5、TXNIP水平,并根据颈动脉超声检查结果将T2DM组分为CAS组、非CAS组进行亚组分析。结果 T2DM组患者的血清CTRP9、SFRP5水平均显著的低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); T2DM组患者的血清TXNIP水平显著的高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); CAS组患者的血清CTRP9、SFRP5水平均显著的低于非CAS组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); CAS组患者的血清TXNIP水平、IMT值显著的高于非CAS组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); T2DM合并CAS患者的血清CTRP9、SFRP5水平与患者的IMT呈显著的负相关关系,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); CAS组患者的血清TXNIP水平与IMT值呈正相关关系(P <0. 05)。结论 T2DM合并CAS患者血清CTRP9、SFRP5、TXNIP水平显著的升高,并且与患者颈动脉斑块形成有关。 Objective To investigate the changes and significance of serum levels of adipocyte factor C1q/tumor necrosis factor-related protein(CTRP9),secretory crimp associated protein 5(SFRP5)and thiocyclin interacting protein(TXNIP)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and carotid atherosclerosis(CAS).Methods 140 newly diagnosed T2DM patients(T2DM group)treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected,and 70 healthy subjects were selected as control group.The serum levels of CTRP9,SFRP5 and TXNIP were measured,and the T2DM group was divided into CAS group and non-CAS group for subgroup analysis according to the results of carotid ultrasound.Results The levels of serum CTRP9 and SFRP5 in T2DM group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05);The level of serum TXNIP in T2DM group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);The levels of serum CTRP9 and SFRP5 in CAS group were significantly lower than those in non-CAS group(P<0.05);The levels of serum TXNIP and IMT value in CAS group were significantly higher than those in non-CAS group(P<0.05);There was a significant negative correlation between the serum CTRP9 and SFRP5 levels and the IMT value in T2DM patients combined with CAS,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was a positive correlation between serum TXNIP level and IMT value in CAS group(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum CTRP9,SFRP5 and TXNIP levels were significantly increased in patients with T2DM complicated with CAS,and they were associated with carotid plaque formation.
