基于“双一流”视角的高校大型仪器共享平台建设

Construction of large-scale instrument sharing platform in colleges and universities from of “Double first-class” perspective

基于现阶段国内有代表性高校大型仪器共享平台建设的方法和大型仪器设备运营管理中遇到的问题,结合现状,从"双一流"的独特视野,基于思想转变、制度建设、能力提升、人才培养等方面提出了大型仪器共享平台建设的建议,为更好地解决现有问题,实现共享平台健康发展提供参考。该平台的建设与实践对实现更高效的大型仪器设备开放共享目标具有一定的影响和意义。

Based on the methods and problems encountered in the operation and management of large-scale instrument sharing platforms in representative universities in China at the present stage,in combination with the current situation,from the unique perspective of the “Double first-class” construction and based on the ideological transformation,system construction,capacity improvement,personnel training,etc.,this paper puts forward suggestions for the construction of large-scale instrument sharing platforms in order to better solve the existing problems and provide the reference for the healthy development of the platform. The construction and practice of this platform have certain influence and significance on realizing the goal of opening and sharing more efficient large-scale instruments and equipment.
