摘要
以钢铁冶金专业人才需求为导向,创新网络学习-虚拟操作-真实生产能力递进式混合教学模式,构建基于PDCA循环的质量监控与信息反馈机制,形成同类可借鉴、彰显行业特色的冶金类课程群混合式教学改革课程体系。通过该策略的推进,显著提升了本校冶金类技术技能人才培养质量和教师的信息化教学水平。
By taking the demand for the iron and steel metallurgical talents as guidance,a progressive hybrid teaching mode with the network learning-virtual operation-real production capacity is innovated,and the mechanism for the quality monitoring and information feedback based on PDCA cycle is constructed. A reformed curriculum system for the hybrid teaching of metallurgical courses which can be used for reference and highlights the characteristics of the industry is established. Through the promotion of this strategy,the training quality of metallurgical technical talents and the teachers’ informationized teaching level in the college have been significantly improved.
