摘要
根据多元共治的理论视角梳理了高校实验室安全管理的多元主体责任,针对实验室安全多元管理中的问题,提出明确实验室安全管理的边界和职责、打造实验室安全管理的联合治理模式、建立科学的实验室安全管理评价和考核机制等高校实验室安全管理的路径,为营造安全有序的实验室教学和科研氛围奠定坚实的基础。
Based on the theory of multi cp-governance,this paper discusses the multi-subject responsibility of university laboratory safety management. In view of the problems in the multi-management of laboratory safety,the paths for university laboratory safety management such as defining the boundaries and responsibilities,establishing a joint management model,establishing a scientific evaluation and assessment mechanism,etc.,are put forward,so as to lay a solid foundation for creating a safe and orderly atmosphere for experimental teaching and scientific research.
