低温海水外掠圆管对流换热实验平台建设与应用

摘要 设计搭建了一套低温海水外掠圆管对流换热实验平台,可研究管径、换热温差、Re等因素对流动换热特性的影响。应用结果表明,该实验平台性能稳定、操作方便、精确度高、扩展性好,有利于培养学生的实践能力和创新意识。该实验平台实现了科研实验项目与教学实验项目的紧密结合,具有较强的实用价值。 An experimental platform for the convective heat transfer of low temperature sea water sweeping circular tubes is designed and constructed,and the effects of the factors such as the tube diameter,temperature difference, Re ,etc.,on the flow and heat transfer characteristics are studied. The application results show that the experimental platform has stable performance,convenient operation,high accuracy and good expansibility,which is conducive to training students’ practical ability and innovative awareness. This experimental platform realizes the close combination of scientific research experiment projects with teaching experiment projects,and has strong practical value.
