云模式下产品数字化集成实践平台建设及教学实践

Construction and teaching practice of product digital integrated practice platform under cloud mode

针对目前机械工程专业教学中,产品数字化能力培养类课程CAX课程集成协同应用培养缺失、正版软件利用率低等问题,提出建设基于云平台的产品数字化集成实践平台。探索了平台的建设思路和实现措施,并基于项目教学的思想,设计了相应的实践项目。依托已开设的PDM/PLM专题实践教学环节,基于该平台开展实践,取得了良好的教学效果。

In view of the problems of lack of integrated and collaborative application training in the product digital ability training courses such as the CAX course and low utilization rate of genuine software in the teaching of Mechanical Engineering specialty at present,the construction of the product digital integration practice platform based on cloud platform is proposed. The exploration is carried out on the construction ideas and implementation measures of the platform,and corresponding practical projects based on the idea of project teaching are designed. Based on the practical teaching of PDM/PLM special subject which has been set up,the platform has been used to carry out the practice,and good teaching effect has been achieved.
