摘要
包装行业中,每个缓冲包装投入实际生产中都需要进行一系列的检验过程。试验对象是某大型乳制品的明星产品,将液态奶礼盒的三款缓冲包装进行随机振动试验,根据试验结果,从牢固程度和缓冲衬垫对内部产品的保护作用两个方面选出最优方案。使用振动机模拟汽车实际运输的振动情况,当振动机带动包装件进行垂直振动时,还原包装件在运输过程中受到颠簸的情况,其试验结果科学可靠,企业能在筛选方案时进行小批量的随机振动试验进行挑选,可节约大量成本。
In the packaging industry, each buffer package is put into actual production and a series of inspection processes are required.
