摘要
以水利科技期刊为例,讨论现行科技期刊评价体系的期刊学科分类和评价结果等问题。通过对比分析,发现《中文核心期刊要目总览》(2017年版,科技期刊占2/3)、中国科技核心期刊(CSTPCD)2个科技期刊评价体系给出的水利工程类统计源和核心期刊遗漏《中国水利百科全书》界定的6个分支学科期刊,期刊学科分类不尽合理;从重合度、稳定性、办刊历史、地区分布、主办单位类型等多方面分析,认为《中文核心期刊要目总览》(2017年版)、CSTPCD和中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)来源期刊评价体系给出的水利科技期刊评价结果是基本科学合理的,但存在类别和学科失衡等软肋;3个评价体系存在一些缺陷;三者基本面向相同的统计刊源,各自缺少鲜明特点,评价体系需要完善。
Taking the hydraulic Sci-tech periodicals for example,subject classification and results of evaluation system of current Sci-tech periodicals are discussed.Through comparative analysis,it is found that subject classification of statistical source of water conservancy and omission of six branch journals defined in“Encyclopedia of Chinese Water Conservancy”is not very reasonable,which was given by the evaluation system of“Chinese Core Periodicals Bullet-point Overview”(2017 edition,Sci-tech periodicals account for 2/3)and“Chinese Sci-tech Core Periodicals”(CSTPCD).Based on the analysis of coincidence degree,stability,history,regional distribution,organization type and so on,it is concluded that evaluation results of hydraulic Sci-tech periodicals are basic scientific and reasonable,which was given by the evaluation system of“Chinese Core Periodicals Bullet-point Overview”(2017 edition),“CSTPCD”and“Chinese Science Citation Database”(CSCD)source periodicals.However,there are some weak ribs such as category and subject imbalance,and there are some defects in the three evaluation systems,which are basically oriented to the same statistical sources and lack of distinct characteristics,so the evaluation system needs to be improved.
