摘要
胶凝材料中的钾、钠是一种对混凝土有害的化学物质,易与骨料发生碱骨料反应,对耐久性混凝土会造成不可修复的破坏,因此准确的检测胶凝材料中的碱含量尤为重要。本文主要介绍了GB/T 176-2017《水泥化学分析方法》中用火焰光度计测定胶凝材料的碱含量(氧化钾、氧化钠含量)的分析方法及改进措施。
Potassium and sodium in cementitious materials are harmful chemicals to concrete, which are easy to react with aggregate and cause irreparable damage to durability concrete. Therefore, accurate detection of alkali content in cementitious materials is particularly important. This paper mainly introduces the analytical method and improvement measures for determination of alkali content ( potassium oxide and sodium oxide content ) of cementing materials by flame photometer in GB/T 176-2017 "methods for chemical analysis of cement".
