摘要
房地产住宅项目精装修是目前的趋势,很多已经写入土地出让合同里。为了满足房地产住宅项目批量精装修的要求,对土建结构的尺寸定位提出了非常严格的要求,随着越来越多项目使用铝模板技术作为土建结构模板,人们也总结了一些使用经验。本文阐述了铝模板技术在房地产住宅项目精装修的应用效果评价。
Residential project with fine decoration which reading in the land transfer contract is the current trend.In order to meet the requirements of batch and fine decoration,a very strict requirement is put forward for the size orientation of civil structures.With more and more projects using aluminum formwork technology as civil structural templates,some experience has been summed up.This paper expounds the application effect evaluation of aluminum formwork technology in the fine decoration of residential project.
