摘要
本文通过利用美国Leco公司TC500氧氮分析仪对炼钢用增碳剂中氮元素含量的分析条件和分析方法的探讨,实现利用氧氮仪分析炼钢用增碳剂氮元素含量,结果表明,该方法分析速度快,操作简便,具有较高的精密度和准确度,对于快速判断炼钢用低氮增碳剂的质量优劣有着重要作用。
The condition and method to determine nitrogen content in steelmaking carburant with TC500 oxygen-nitrogen analyzer made by Leco Company are discussed in this article, and nitrogen content in the carburant is determined by oxygen-nitrogen analyzer. The results show that this determination method is fast, easy to operate, high precise and accurate and plays an important role in quickly judging the quality of steelmaking carburant with low nitrogen.
