本文通过对水钢现有的调度管理模式进行了分析和论证,提出了构建智能高效联动机制的创建思路,并通过该机制的实际运行情况进行了具体的阐述,验证了智能高效联动机制的创建适合水钢当前发展,同时也验证了智能高效联动机制的可行性、经济性和先进性。

Based on analysis and argument of the present dispatching management mode in Shuigang, ideas to construct intelligent efficient linkage mechanism are put forward. The practical operation situation of the mechanism is stated in detail. It is demonstrated that the construction of intelligent efficient linkage mechanism caters current development of Shuigang. Feasibility, economy and advancement of the mechanism are verified.
