基于新型生物标志物的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌静脉感染模型制作与治疗监测 被引量:1

摘要 耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus,MRSA)是一种临床上常见的革兰氏染色阳性致病菌,其临床检出率逐年上升,居医院感染病原菌首位[1]。由MRSA引起的感染与乙型肝炎、艾滋病并列为世界范围内3大难解决的感染性疾病[2]。MRSA的多重耐药性使得针对其治疗困难,且费用昂贵[3]。因此,采用新型生物标志物早期监测感染,并及时予以治疗,将能够大大节省检测时间,提高对MRSA感染早期检测的灵敏度,对于MRSA感染现状的缓解具有重要的作用。
