摘要
为了研究湿式电除尘器的能效指标,采用数据调研的方式掌握了湿式电除尘器的排放特征。根据调研数据及国家标准指标评测要求,确定合理的相关指标参数:高效能湿式电除尘器出口颗粒物质量浓度为5 mg/m^3,SO_3脱除效率为60%,雾滴脱除效率为80%;高效能湿式电除尘器压力降为150 Pa,漏风率为0.2%;高效能金属板式湿式电除尘器、导电玻璃钢管式湿式电除尘器比电耗分别为0.7×10^(-4) kWh/m^3、1.3×10^(-4) kWh/m^3,比水耗分别为0.8×10^(-5)、0.7×10^(-6);高效能湿式电除尘器整机使用寿命为20年。
To study energy efficiency index of the wet electrical dust precipitator (WESP), this paper uses a way of data investigation to master emission characteristics of the WESP. According to investigation data and requirements for evaluation of national standard index, it determines reasonable relevant index parameters including 5 mg/m 3 outlet particle concentration of the high efficiency WESP, 60%SO 3 removal efficiency, 80% removal efficiency of fog drops, 150 Pa pressure drop, 0.2% air leakage rate, 0.7×10 -4 kWh/m 3 and 1.3×10 -4 kWh/m 3 specific electricity consumption of the high-efficiency metal plate WESP and the conductive glass tube WESP respectively, 0.8×10 -5 and 0.7×10 -6 specific water consumption respectively, and 20 years of service life of the high efficiency WESP.
